This was the very first journal I attempted to create.
When we write things down—goals, lists, positive and intentional affirmations, and more—our brain function improves, including attitude and memory.
When we focus on what we ALREADY have with gratitude and envision what we desire in our lives, rather than focusing on what we lack, our body is physically affected in a very amazing way. Dopamine and serotonin, the neurotransmitters that make us feel good, are released.
So the question becomes, "Why not journal?"
